Orders placed on lotto.it will only be shipped within the country you select while browsing the site (you can always change this). Some territories may be excluded from shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or via Hold Mail.

What are the shipping costs and methods?
Shipping costs and methods are different for each shipping country. You can check the available shipping options and shipping costs directly from the checkout page, after adding your products to your cart.
What are the delivery times?
Orders received are generally processed by our logistics in 1-2 working days from the date of their receipt in our system.
Delivery to Italy usually takes place within 2-3 working days from when the order is entrusted to the courier, with the exception of islands and other remote areas where delivery may take an extra day.
The products are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday during office hours.
For orders to be delivered outside the national territory, however, delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days from when the order is entrusted to the courier. Delivery times may be extended due to customs checks during export or for delivery to remote locations.
If I was not present for the delivery of my order, can I book a new delivery?
In the event of non-delivery of the products, you will have to check directly with the courier in charge from time to time the methods of possible redelivery or pickup arrangements. If the courier is unable to deliver the package and returns it to Lotto, we will refund the amount paid (via the same payment method), but the shipping and storage costs will not be refunded.
Who pays any customs duties and import taxes?
In the case of non-EU countries, we inform you that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined once the package reaches your country. Lotto cannot predict the amounts due to customs fees. If you incur additional costs, these must be paid by you in order for the package to be cleared through customs and delivered. What do I do if my package is damaged or items are missing?
We want you to receive an undamaged package with all the items purchased. If this is not the case, we ask you to send photos of the damaged package to our customer service.
